City of Ironton Now Accepting Applications for 2025 Forgivable Loan Program

The City of Ironton is now accepting applications for the 2025 Economic Development Forgivable Loan (Grant) Program—a targeted initiative aimed at helping local businesses and property owners bring small but meaningful improvements to their properties and operations.

This program offers limited financial support to encourage revitalization projects that enhance customer experiences, create local jobs, improve blighted areas, or add value to Ironton’s business districts. While the funding amounts are modest, they’re designed to give your project the boost it needs to get off the ground or across the finish line.

Who can apply: Business owners and property owners within Ironton

Funding support: Modest grant assistance based on total project scope and business contribution

Requirements include:

• Visual plans or sketches

• Clear impact on the business and surrounding community
